Customer Service Staffers Our customer service staffers take reservations, give directions, hand out rental equipment and perform a variety of other administrative and maintenance tasks. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, team-oriented individuals. No experience working with bicycles is necessary. Rate is hourly plus tips.

Tour Guides   Our tour guides lead customers on bikes throughout Washington, DC and present an entertaining and informative narrative. Knowledge of DC or American History is preferable but no experience as a guide is necessary - script is provided! We are looking for well-spoken, outgoing individuals for day-time and evening tours. Rate is hourly plus tips.

Managers  Our managers supervise rental and tour operations, assist with daily bicycle tour departures, hire, oversee staff and create and maintain employee schedule.  Ideal candidates are responsible, personable and organized. Knowledge of managing people as well as experience in retail and customer service is essential; knowledge of bicycle maintenance is helpful but not required. Full and part-time positions available in downtown Washington, DC and Alexandria, VA. Rate is based on experience.

Lead Tour Guide   Our lead tour guide will be responsible for training, tour development and will assist with hiring and scheduling. Management experience and knowledge of bicycle maintenance is helpful. Interest in and knowledge of DC and it's history is beneficial. Must be available full-time. Rate is based on experience.

Bike Mechanic  Are you a bicycle mechanic who likes working with people too? We are hiring mechanics to build and maintain a safe, high-quality fleet of rental bicycles and to provide top-notch customer service. Candidates should be able to perform basic maintenance and some major repairs, be organized, responsible and strong team-players.
At this time we have no openings for Mechanics.

Bookkeeper  Experienced part-time accounts payables bookkeeper. Candidates should be organized, responsible and detail-oriented. Approximately 16 - 24 hours per week with flexible schedule.
